The theme of the event will be "Hollywood". Every vendor will show off their skills throughout the area. There will be a red carpet for guests to enter on after they register. This gives the photographer the chance to take pictures of the guests. During this "photoshoot" the DJ will be presenting his ability to get a crowd excited. Once inside, a band will be playing their best selection to entice guests to hire their services. The caterer and staff will be passing out hors d'ouerves as guests converse. The vendors will also have tables set up for guests to ask questions and view more of their work. Many of these displays will also be interactive and include giveaways.
