The theme is "Hollywood". The room will be decorated with a black and gold color scheme. The room will also be decorated with many lights. This will give the feeling of photographs being taken all the time. The florist will put together beautiful flower pieces of white orchids with black feathers in gold vases. Strewn throughout the venue will be strings of faux pearls. The tables will be covered with gold, sparkled table clothes. There will be tables of foods in the center of the room as well as servers with food platters. There will be a champagne bar.

Every vendor will have their own giveaways taking place at their tables. Lauren's WEP will also offer a few giveaways throughout the day. There will also be raffle tickets sold for the biggest prize of the day; a gift basket filled with coupons for various free services from all vendors. The money from the raffle will be donated to the CT Fund for the Environment.
