Appreciation
The guests will receive goodie bags as they enter the venue. Included in these bags are coupons and pamphlets from each vendor as well as a day planner for the brides to use. The guests can use the bags to collect their vendor samples throughout the day.
As the guests leave they will receive thank you cards. 2 weeks after the event a code to see the pictures from the event will be sent out. The guests can then download the professionally done photos and will asked to post them on social media and tag Lauren's WEP with them.
In the months following the event, guests who attended will receive emails that have special wedding planning tips as well as exclusive invites to seminars and events. To show appreciation for the whole community, the money raised from raffle tickets for the free service gift basket will go to the Connecticut Fund for the Environment.
